The Congress Building dates to 1925 and was designed by Robert F. Cornall, who modeled it after the nearby Kansas City Life Insurance building. The Congress Building is on the National Register of Historic Places and has about 105,000 square feet plus a garage for about 150 vehicles.
Potential residents can choose from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms/2 baths units that come with a number of amenities:
Basic Google fiber
Spacious roof top sun deck (common area)
Walking distance to Westport
On site Fitness room
Coffee shop (with tenant perks)
Parking for the event is on the street or in the covered parking garage. The garage entrance is on the north side of the Congress Building.
