​The Urban Core Group is excited to tour the newly redeveloped Wonder bread bakery building at 30th & Troost. The “Wonder Lofts” includes 87 apartments that are a 50:50 mix of one and two bedroom units as well as commercial space on the ground level. Don’t forget about the 200 person event space on the roof! Exact Partners, the developer of Wonder Lofts will have spent over $15M on the renovation effort. With hopes of attracting a spa, dry cleaner, farm to table brewery and office incubator there will be no shortage of commercial outlets for the residents of Wonder Lofts. Ruby Jean’s Juicery as already signed up.  The Wonder Lofts will still be under construction during our May 23rd event, so please dress accordingly.  Also, there’s convenient off-street parking directly south across 30th Street.
