Monthly Event Hosted by the new Screenland Crossroads Building
September 24, 2014 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Built in 1916 as the home to a Republic Pick Up Trucks dealer, it served many years as a Ford dealership, then the home to Downtown Buick, and about 55 years ago the Kansas City Star took it over for their circulation department. They filled all of the huge showroom windows with concrete block and it remained that way until 2014. Now, the glorious light and skyline have been re-introduced to the terrific terrazzo floors, and it is reborn as not only the new Screenland Crossroads Theatre, but as the home to several small businesses: The Monarch Room for events, the Paul Smith Hair Salon, The Generator Studio Architecture Office, the Platinum Productions offices, The Vow Exchange Wedding Planning offices and the home to New Life Church.
The Roasterie will be donating coffee too.
