September Gathering at the Aines Dairy Loft Project

This historic dairy processing plant, vacant for two decades, has attracted graffiti, vagrancy and dumping that has directly impacted the surrounding businesses and residential homes.
EXACT looks to build off the success of their previous Acme apartments project across the street by adding 50 units and a ground level commercial space (about 5,000 sq ft) that incorporates the building into the surrounding commercial district.

The contractors are framing and installing electrical in units at Aines Diary.

The venue will still under construction during our meeting so it will be a hard hat style event (be sure to wear comfortable shoes).  There is plenty of parking nearby.

The above picture is to the North along Tony Dipardo Plz and parking (in front of old Cowtown Ballroom\El Torreon) where folks can park for the event.

There is a possibility of an after event at one of the Martini Corner restaurants nearby. Perhaps at new Barrio (old Sol Cantina) and/or Cliff’s Taphouse.
